Job Description :
- Technical Skills: Strong computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office, Excel, Power Point, good communication skill
- More on the lines of Excel spreadsheets
- Preventative Maintenance background.
- Performs assigned repairs; building upkeep duties as needed; emergency and preventive maintenance in a timely manner. Completes maintenance and repair records as required. Completes assigned work orders in a timely manner.
- Understand preventive maintenance and overhaul schedules for all equipment and mechanical systems within the Building
- Understand OSHA guidelines and how to ensure that all equipment is maintained to guidelines/standards.
- Perform preventive maintenance duties, including changing filters, oiling motors, replacing light fixtures, inspecting/adjusting belts, replacing bearings, aligning shafts and annual inspections as directed by manufacturers.
- Must be able to handle multiple projects, changing priorities and a continually heavy workload.
- Respond immediately to emergency situations and customer concerns.
- Keep accurate records regarding preventive maintenance, work orders, annual inspections, inventories and purchase orders.
Required Qualifications :
- 5+ years of preventative maintenance experience
- Strong experience with Microsoft Office applications
- Must be able to successfully pass criminal background check and drug test.
